Comprehensive PPO Dental/Vision/Hearing (D/V/H) combination plan grows progressively stronger as you keep it.  This plan ends up paying 80% on all services (starts off @ 60%).  Choose between two coverage levels ($1,000 and $1,500); the plan covers all three areas... and it pays 70% on Major Dental Services after a One Year waiting period.
**Dental, Vision, and Hearing won't be your problem if you enroll and keep this plan.  You'll have to look for problems in Other Services once you have this plan in place because your D/V/H issues will be covered and maintained by this plan!
