ends up paying 80% on all services (starts off @ 60%).
Choose between two coverage levels ($1,000 and $1,500);
the plan covers all three areas... and it pays 70% on
Major Dental Services after a One Year waiting period.
**Dental, Vision, and Hearing won't be your problem if you enroll and keep this plan. You'll be looking for problems in Other Services once you have this plan in place because your D/V/H issues will be covered and maintained by this plan! |

Major Dental Services. This plan pays 50% of Major
Dental work after a 9 month Waiting Period.... Vision can be
added. Call to Enroll into this plan... Give this (Agent Name: William Reynolds & Agent #11124) when you call for a Chat Expert @ 1.855.728.7542 OR Call for Agent Help (Enroll by Phone) @ 1.888.599.5051 ** If possible, it would be better to wait through the One Year waiting period choosing CHOICE #1 for Major Dental Services so it can be covered @ 70% instead of @ 50%.... and maintained @ 80% after 2 years! |
